The podcast is back with a three part bonanza:
First up Andy Roberts chats Oxford United with U's fans Joe Nicholls, Matt Organ and Shane Rowles. They dissect the Bristol Rovers defeat and talk square pegs in round holes, expectations on youngsters, Dave Kitson, missed opportunities and their work on trying to build the atmosphere at home games with Ultimate Support Saturdays and the Yellow Army.
Then Selfy has an entertaining chat with United legend John Byrne about his time at the Manor.
Finally, Andy is back, talking about the Oxford-S$%*don rivalry in a different sport with Oxford City Stars legends Paul Donohoe and Paul Crockett.
Some lively chat this week at the ice rink as we're joined by Matt Bruce (aka The Boys from up the Hill) and Swiss Yellow. We discuss the Hartlepool victory, away form, home form, coastal erosion of the Isle of Wight, beards and United playing with width. We also have an interview with U's fan Andy Wilmer, recorded at the back of the stand after the Hartlepool game.
For more info on Matt's blog, go to http://theboysfromupthehill.blogspot.co.uk/ or follow him on Twitter @TBFUTH.
Thanks again to Oxford City Stars for letting us record there. Come along to the next home game at the ice rink vs. S***don on 27 October.
The 1-0 defeat to Chesterfield, United's home form, the Development Squad, giving youth a chance, League 2 referees, the forthcoming trip to Hartlepool and much, much more are all on the OxPod agenda this time around.
After episode three's jamboree at the Ice Hockey, we've stripped things back for episode four - we're joined by U's fan Colin Anderson for 50 minutes of unadulterated Oxford United conversation.
A bumper edition of the OxPod recorded at Oxford City Stars' first game as they defend their National Ice Hockey League Division 2 title.
Loads of special guests on the podcast including:
Michael Duberry talking about retirement, Oxford's start to the season, his admiration for Callum O'Dowda, his admiration for Sonic the Hedgehog and the difference between Champions League football and pay-to-play regional ice hockey.
Josh Oliver, Oxford City Stars' 4 goal man of the match tells us about the importance of a good start, how hard work and preparation are everything in ice hockey and how his old man's socks are the ticket to success.
Oxford United and Stars fans Darren Turner and Matt Davis talk about the start to United's season.
Swiss Yellow talks Ice Hockey, Oxford United and how 'the kids are the future'.
The second Oxpod is here - recorded in a slightly more noisy pub. Ten points from twelve... undefeated and top of the league... so why aren't we feeling more positive?
Disagree with our ruminations (which we admit, should probably be a little more positive right now)? Feel like you could add an alternative point of view? You can join us on a future Oxpod - email firstname.lastname@example.org or tweet @bigbananaboys.
We're still making this up as we go along, so we're welcoming all feedback, whether glowing praise, constructive criticism or scathing abuse. Just give us a shout.
Here it is - a totally unofficial and awesome* Oxford United podcast. We didn't really know how to approach this, so we just went to the pub and talked about the start of the season. If you have any feedback, comments or suggestions; constructive or otherwise, please leave a comment or tweet us on @bigbananaboys.
We're looking for other fans to join in too, so let us know if you fancy getting on board with a future podcast.
*actual levels of awe are entirely subjective - you might hate it.
